Healthy Banana Muffin

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3 1/2 - 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend
  3. Pour batter into a well-greased muffin tin (Pam spray)
  4. *Optional - top with a few chocolate chips
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
