Ingredients

• 40 oz. of sweet potatoes (3 large cans)
• 8 3/4 tbs. of unsalted butter
• 2/3 cup whipping cream
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• Cinnamon (to taste)
• Dash of Salt
• 1 bag marshmallows

Instructions

1. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. - Drain cans of sweet potatoes
3. - Whip all ingredients together
4. - place mixture in large pyrex dish and cover with marshmallows
5. - bake at 375 until heated through and through (marshmallows will brown)
