Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts (as many as you'd like)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts and peel away any damaged or discolored leaves.
  2. Cut off the bottom half of the sprout and discard.
  3. Drop the Brussels sprouts into a pot of enough boiling water to cover them completely.
  4. Boil the Brussels sprouts for five minutes.
  5. While the sprouts are boiling, combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Remove Brussels sprouts from water and coat with oil/vinegar mix.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Place Brussels sprouts on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  9. Roast at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
