Pineapple Macadamia Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup canned, crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, oils, juice and pineapple and mix well.
  2. Sift baking powder, flour and mix into pineapple mix.
  3. Fold in nuts
  4. Pour into greased, wax paper lined 9x5 loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
