Healthy Banana Muffin
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 3 1/2 - 4 bananas
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend
- Pour batter into a well-greased muffin tin (Pam spray)
- *Optional - top with a few chocolate chips
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
