Ingredients

• 2 cups ketchup (w/o corn syrup preferably)
• 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish or freshly grated horseradish root
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. sea salt
• 1/2 tsp. aged hot sauce (Crystal or Tabasco)

Instructions
