Ingredients

  • 250 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 250 grams vegetable shortening
  • 750 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter and shortening until smooth.
  2. Add the icing sugar, one cup at a time, until well combined
  3. Gradually add extract until combined.
