Cake Frosting
Ingredients
- 250 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 250 grams vegetable shortening
- 750 grams powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter and shortening until smooth.
- Add the icing sugar, one cup at a time, until well combined
- Gradually add extract until combined.
